As part of the ArtsPark project, the Downtown CRA committed to rebuild Young Circle. This $4 million improvement relocated the previous park perimeter parking to the outside of the circle. This better serves the businesses along Young Circle and provides safe pedestrian crossings of Federal Highway/US-1. It also eliminates cars backing into oncoming traffic on Young Circle.
