Submitting a Grant Information Form
The first step in the application process is filling out the
Grant Information Form. This can be submitted by email, fax, mail, or in person to the Hollywood Community Redevelopment Agency office:

Pre-Application Meeting
Before you start to assemble the application, we will schedule a pre-application meeting at your property. We can answer any questions you might have about the application process and speak about your planned scope of work.
