
Renovations
The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk underwent a $14-million renovation, which was completed in 2007. Improvements include:
- 18-inch high decorative wall with LED lighting
- Crushed shell jogging path
- Historically significant Tri-globe and Acorn lighting fixtures with decorative concrete pads
- Multicolored concrete decorative pavers in the pedestrian area
- New public restrooms
- Palm Tree clusters
- Relocation of showers and the addition of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-accessible shower
- Tabby concrete bike path
